Who is responsible

Auto Flow Zplit Payments AB is the controller for the personal data described here. Questions or requests: jens@autoflow.nu.

What we collect

This site is shared by invitation, so we know who each visitor is. When you request access or sign in we store:

• Your name, email address and, if you give it, your company and the note you wrote
• A hashed version of your access code — we cannot read the code itself
• Your IP address and browser user-agent string
• Which parts of the site and which slides of the pitch you open, and roughly how long you spend

Why

Two reasons. To control who can see confidential material about the company, and to know what to follow up on — if you spend time on the financials, that is what we should talk about next. We do not use it for advertising, we do not profile you beyond that, and we do not sell or share it.

Legal basis

Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in protecting confidential business material and in managing our own investor conversations. You can object at any time using the address above.

Who else sees it

Our web host stores the database, and Brevo delivers the emails. Both act on our instructions. Nothing is transferred outside the EU/EEA.

How long we keep it

Activity records for 12 months. Your account and contact details until you ask us to remove them, or until 24 months after your last sign-in.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, have it corrected or deleted, object to the processing, or have your access revoked. Email jens@autoflow.nu and we will handle it within a month. You can also complain to Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY).

Cookies

One cookie, af_session, which keeps you signed in for 14 days. It is strictly necessary for the site to work and carries no tracking identifiers. No third-party or advertising cookies are set.
